Q: What are your package prices?
A: We have carefully curated 3 planning packages, which are outlined on our Planning tab. All of our packages include a starting price. Final cost is determined based on the details of your wedding day - such as your venue location, guest count, wedding date (holidays +) and tented weddings.
Q: When should we book you?
A: The earlier the better! In addition to curating a list of experienced vendors that best suit your vision, time is needed to iron out all the intricate details. For full service, we recommend at least one year in advance. For the Essential Planning and Wedding Management packages, we encourage booking no later than 5 months out.
Q: What is required to get started with planning?
A: Once a contract is signed, and a 50% deposit is retained, planning begins right away!
Q: Do you have a list of preferred vendors?
A: Yes. We will refer you to vendors that best suit your vision, needs and budget - all of which are experienced, professional and provide our clients with quality service. However, you are not required to book any specific vendor, as these are simply recommendations.
Q: I just want someone to help me on the day of my wedding, can you help with that?
A: While we appreciate that the day of your wedding is the main focus, it is paramount that all planning leading up to this day is carefully prepared so that everything runs smoothly. Having a Coordinator simply show up on wedding day will not achieve this goal. With over 10+ years in the event industry, our packages are carefully curated to ensure that you feel like a guest at your own wedding. If you want to plan your own wedding, but have us with you along the way, our Wedding Management package is perfect for you!
Q: We don't want a rehearsal. Can we remove this from our package and get a reduced rate?
A: No. Although we recommend a rehearsal, it is not mandatory. Our packages cannot be dismantled, but features can be added à la carte.
Q: Do you offer decor rentals?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do you set-up decor and tear down personal elements on wedding day?
A: No, we do not. Your menus and name cards are the sole items that we set-up. We are responsible for managing vendors during set-up, and orchestrating details for ceremony, cocktail and reception. If you have any DIY elements, we recommend hiring staff from the rental company or placing this responsibility with a friend.
